My name is Alina, and I love dancing. I believe the most important thing in life is to truly enjoy what you do.

I also love people, especially women, which I think is a perfect fit for being a dance teacher.

I started dancing when I was 6 years old in a small village in Ukraine, near Mariupol. For about 11 years, I danced as part of a big team. We explored many styles, including Jazz Funk, Hip-Hop, Commercial, Contemporary, and more.

After that, my journey took me through many ups and downs, but it eventually brought me back to dancing. In the autumn of 2020, I started teaching both children’s groups and adult classes. Can I share a secret with you? I began teaching High Heels dance without any prior experience! Yes, it’s true. From there, I developed my own vision, style, and technique—all on my own. I never had a teacher or mentor.

Now, here in Amsterdam, I am building a High Heels community. My mission is to show women that anyone can dance and that every woman is powerful, feminine, sensual, and beautiful. The most important message I want to share is this: WE ARE BEAUTIFUL.

What is my specialty?

I love showcasing the true beauty of women. You can be yourself while exploring different roles, just like actors do. Even as you experiment, you’ll always stay true to your unique vision and vibe. I believe every woman can dance—it’s just that some haven’t discovered it yet.

Why take classes with me?

I truly believe that High Heels dance is about feminine, sensual, and powerful energy. But expressing this energy doesn’t mean you need to touch yourself or act like “you’re ready for anything.” It’s much deeper than that—it’s about your inner world, your feelings, and your presence. Even if you’re wearing a sports outfit, people can still feel your energy.

Now, let’s get serious! In my choreographies, I aim to blend sharp and smooth movements while incorporating a lot of technique and balance work. I always explain the mood I want to convey in each choreography and the feelings you should experience while dancing. My choreographies are like a natural conversation between the body and the music.

What sets me apart from other teachers?

I’m not here to promise that you’ll be able to dance perfectly after just one class, or to say that I’m the best teacher out there. Honestly, I might not be the best teacher for everyone—and that’s okay! Choosing a teacher is about finding the right connection. It’s like in Avatar when you bond with your animal—you need to feel aligned with your teacher’s energy, vision, and vibe.
