FEET WORK
Do you dance in heels and feel tired in your feet? This is because your feet/legs are not ready for such stress. To prepare them, you need to constantly pump and stretch your feet. This short lesson will help you warm up your feet correctly before each class and be ready for any load. LESSON DURATION IS 5.30 MIN.
WARMING UP WITH HEELS
A regular warm-up can sometimes be boring and monotonous. This is exactly the moment when you can and should use heels. Don't be afraid, they will help you warm up well and correctly, feel your body and recharge with feminine and fiery energy. LESSON DURATION IS 10 MIN.
FIRST PART CHOREOGRAPHY CLASS
