SECOND TECHNICAL CLASS: BALANCE
Here are the simplest but most interesting and basic movements for practicing balance. Heels are not needed, only your desire and a little space. LESSON DURATION IS 19 MIN. PRICE 10€

ARMS WORK
This lesson is for those who want to practice more of their coordination, freedom of movement, and reaction in their ARMS. Here are the simplest, sometimes fun exercises for working your arms and hands. All you need is a little free time and desire. LESSON DURATION IS 12 MIN. PRICE 7€

FLOOR WORK
This class contains one combination on the floor that includes basic movements. When practicing this combination, I recommend paying attention to small details and technique. Don't think that if the movements are too simple for you, then there is nothing to pay attention to. LESSON DURATION IS 12 MIN. PRICE 7€
WARMING UP AND STRETCHING FOR WHOLE BODY
Don't know how to consistently warm up before class? Or did you just decide to stretch? Warm-up for the whole body is always good and appropriate. After a long day of work at the computer, during a break between tasks to feel the body, before a dance class or in the gym. This warm-up is suitable for everyone, always.

TURNS ON THE FLOOR
Turns on the floor: so desirable and so unattainable. Not anymore! All you need to know is the correct technique. The sequence of execution, working out the elements - everything is collected and taken into account here, in this small but informative video. LESSON DURATION IS 12 MIN.PRICE IS 7€
